This is it, the big release is here!
Finally, MetaMask Wallet connect, Notifications & Twitter username claiming features are live!
You can now connect your MetaMask wallet to the platform, receive notifications (new followers, received comments, received likes, @mentions in posts & comments) as well as claiming your Twitter @username directly on Social Rocket!
This release includes the following improvements:
- Major overall speed improvement
- MetaMask Wallet connect (more wallets will be added on the fly)
- Notifications
- Twitter username claiming
- “Top performers of the day” major improvement
- Homepage & Trending UI improvements
- Improved gamification linked to reaching new levels
- Deletion of images in posts
- Auto focus on the comment field
- Experience points gain mechanism improvement
- Other minor UI / UX improvements
Dev update 18–05.2021
- You can now connect your MetaMask wallet to Social Rocket and consult your $ROCKS balance and it’s value in USD
- You can now receive notifications (new followers, received comments, received likes, @mentions in posts & comments)
- You can now claim your Twitter @username from your Settings page
- Focus is now made automatically when clicking on “Comment”
- You can now open any content in a new tab while navigating (posts, #hashtags / $cashtags / @users and more…) with auxclick and cmd + click
- Ads section has been removed from the Homepage and Trending page
- Email is now auto-filled in the Settings page
- The network calls have been improved
- The backend speed & infrastructure has been improved
- Cache management has been added
- The “Top performers of the day” section has been improved
- Many minor design optimizations have been implemented
- Many minor technical optimizations have been implemented
Next steps
We are in the process of finalizing the Tips feature, and it’s awesome. As soon as it is validated internally, we will release it and the serious things will begin!
Indeed, each one of you will then be able to start monetizing your crypto content directly on the platform!
Finally, we have a big surprise for you. No more high fees, you will soon be able to trade and use $ROCKS tokens without getting caught in the fees of the Ethereum network.
But we are not telling you more for the moment, details will be shared soon.
